Dad was getting his fishing Rod and tackle ready Lucy Asked could she go with him, her dad said yes. Lucy was very excited because it was her first fishing trip.Lucy's mam packed a picnic for them with loads of goodies.They drove to the lake and got all the things they would need out of the car.Lucy's dad had two fold up chairs for them he said they could be waiting a long time to catch any fish.After ages and ages there was a pull on Lucy's fishing rod she got a fright so her dad helped her pull in the fish.It was huge it was the most amazing fish Lucy had ever seen.Lucy's dad put it in a crate to while they kept fishing.Then Lucy's dad caught a fish.They had their picnic and them packed up to go home.Lucy helped to carry them to the car.Lucy's dad cooked his fish for tea Lucy put hers in the fish tank.Every day Lucy feeds her fish and she looks after it too.
