I woke to see it was very bright outside. I looked out the window and saw the snow. I shouted to my sister "Aoife.. Aoife.. look it's your favourite thing, it snowed last night". We got dressed quickly. Outside Aoife was so excited and so was I. We decided to build the best snow woman ever. Aoife built up the body and I rolled the head around until it got big. I put the head on the body . I found black stones for eyes, Aoife got a carrot for the nose and we used currants to make the mouth. I used my old wooly hat for her head and an old scarf. We got sticks for her hands. Our snow woman was made in our back garden. We were so cold we had to have hot chocolate and cookies. The best day ever, we called the snow woman Miss Whelan. The end.
