The flying snowman :: by Ben R.
One Sunday morning Ava and Kevin looked out the window and it was snowing. They ran downstairs and asked mum could they go outside and play out in the snow. Mum said yes so they put on their winter clothes and boots. Then they ran outside to play and they made a snowman. Then they had a snowball fight and mum called them in for hot chocolate. Then they got their dad's hat and scarf and ran back outside and put them on the snowman. They called him Fred. Then mum called them in because it was their bedtime. Then an angel put magic on the snowman. Then he flew up to the window and tapped on it. Then Ava and Kevin woke up and saw him in the window. Then they ran to the window and grabbed the snowman's hands and flew to the North Pole. Then they saw Santa and he gave them presents. Ava got a doll and Kevin got a toy car park. Then the snowman flew them back home and they put the presents under the Christmas tree and crept back upstairs and went to sleep. The next day the snowman had melted. They were sad but happy to have met the snowman. The end.

Once upon a time Sean and Ella were playing with their toys when Sean spotted something out the window. They both ran over to look out the window. It was Snowing! They were so excited. Sean and Ella loved the snow.
They put on their coats, hats, gloves and scarves and ran outside as quickly as they could.
They began to build a snowman. Ella built the Snowman's body, while Sean rolled a big ball of snow for the head. Sean ran inside to get a carrot for the snowman's nose. Ella got some rocks for the snowman's buttons and eyes. They found an old hat and scarf to put on him. When they were finished they decided to name him Frosty the Snowman. They were very proud. T

One snowy day Tadgh and Tara were excitedly looking out the front window at home.
‘Let’s go outside,’ said Tadgh. ‘It would be so much fun to build a snowman in the front garden.’
Tara agreed and her imagination got to work.
‘I’ll go and find an old hat and scarf to put on the snowman,’ she said.
Off she went and quickly found what she was looking for.
Tadgh and Tara then put on their own coats and were ready to go out into the front garden.
They started to roll the snow into big balls and they soon had the snowman’s body built.
Tara picked up three stones and put them in a straight line in the middle to make it look like the snowman was wearing a coat.
Tadgh then picked up another big ball of snow that had a face drawn onto it and a carrot for his nose.
He put this snow on top and Tara put on the scarf and hat to finish off all their busy work.
‘What shall we call him,’ asked Tara?
‘Let’s call him Whitey,’ said Tadgh.
The two children laughed out loud, said goodbye to Whitey and ran back into the house, happy with what they had done.

On a cold December morning the children were excited when they looked out the window and saw all of the snow outside. They were delighted when their parents told them that school was cancelled because of the heavy snow. They hurried down the stairs, ate their breakfast and put on their winter clothes. They ran outside and gathered up the snow and began to make a snowman. The young boy, Sean ran into his house to get a scarf for the snowman. Then his little sister, Ellie decided that the snowman needed a nice big hat. When the children had finished the snowman their mother called them into the house for their lunch. At lunch the children decided to name the snowman 'Frosty the snowman'.

The children wanted to play in the snow so they went outside to build a snowman. They got one hat and two buttons for his eyes and one carrot and four buttons for his mouth .Then the next day the snowman started to melt and that night santa came and gave the snowman a bell.
Brooke and Johnny where on their school christmas holidays. The weather was very cold and they couldn't go out to play. They where very bored in the house. Brooke asked johnny did he want to play "I spy" with her, so they went to the window to play the game. "I spy with my little eye something beginning with s" said Brooke. Johnny jumped up and down with excitement and shouted out snow, snow is that what you spy. They both started to scream with excitment.
The 2 children ran around the house getting ready to play in the snow. They wrapped up really warm with their hats, scarf ' s gloves and warm boots. First they had a snowball fight then they decided to build a snowman just like olaf from frozen. They sung the song do you want to build a snowman as they made their olaf. They made a big snowball for the body and a smaller one for his head. Johnny decided that just like the real olaf their one would like warm hugs too. As the kids hugged him they realised how cold he was so decided to get him a hat and scarf too. They also got a carrot for his nose. The kids had hours of fun in the snow playing with olaf.
That night olaf stood proudly in their front garden while Brooke, Johnny, mam and dad snuggled up and watched frozen. Brooke even imagined that her olaf was smiling when he saw himself in the movie.
