This year Chinese New Year started on the 23rd January and the
celebrations lasted for two weeks. This is the year of the dragon and the children in St. Cronan's had lots of fun making all sorts of fire breathing beasts! They also learned about the traditions surrounding Chinese New Year and listened to the story of how the years were named after animals by an emperor many years ago. It was fun finding out what animal they were. Comments are closed.
