We have been busy learning about the best growing conditions for plants and flowers. We also examined some spring flowers such as the daffodil, hyacinth, snowdrop and primrose.
The children really enjoyed our science experiment to see if the celery would turn yellow when left in a vase of water with yellow food dye (which it did!) We realised that the celery must have drank the water. As you can see from the photos the flower hunt was very exciting. We found daffodils, hyacinths, primroses, snowdrops, bluebells and a little daisy! Comments are closed.
