We had lots of fun in Aistear today. The blue table were shopping, the yellow group painted Summer pictures, the orange table visited the small world farm, Toms chose stickle for the green group and an bord dearg experimented with floating and sinking

We were so busy in May that we for got to update our Blog and Ms Smyth's camera leas was broken so we couldn't upload any pictures!
We were so busy - we finished Letterland and have started learning the real letter names using the Newell Literacy Programme. We have been doing lots of work in Maths on addition and number formation and we have recently started the topic of money. Our topics included - minibeasts, fairytales, frogs, Summer, magnets and the Jungle. We read lots of stories and learned some songs about Jungle animals and fairytales. Last Friday we had a Mad Hair Day, there were lots of great hairstyles.
