hi-glo silver and the safe cross code

We have been learning all about the Safe Cross Code with the help of our friend Hi-Glo Silver!

We already know that we must STOP, LOOK and LISTEN before we cross the road. We also know that we must always cross the road at a safe place like at a zebra crossing or traffic lights.

Hi-Glo Silver also taught us that we must remember to wear bright reflective clothes during the day and the night when walking around our neighbourhood. This is to make sure that all traffic can see us clearly.

We had a drawing competition to see who could draw the best poster about high visibility and being seen on the paths and roads. Check out our cool winners.

We each got a yellow reflector jacket and a Hi-Glo Silver certificate:)
