We went for a short walk and learned about the importance of road safety and the important role of the 'Lollipop Person' when crossing the road. We had great fun!!

Swords Gardai came to our class and showed us the equipment they use and told us about the type of work they do in our community. Then they came to our yard and walked around with us, there was no running that day!!!!

Our Nativity Play was a great day, we all got to play a part and dress up in beautiful costumes. We got to perform for our Mammy's and Daddy's and also for the other children in the school hall.

Look at the children from Room 6, we have made 'the big leap' into Junior Infants. We are learning lots of new things!!!!

We have learnt that our daffodil bulbs need four special things to grow...

1. Light
2. Water
3. Soil
4. Air

We have also learnt that in Spring we find buds on the trees.
