Active week

29/4/2013

This week is Active Week.......we will be having bizzy break, extra PE, learning about healthy eating and there is a walking bus to school everyday.

Did you know that:
  • children need at least 60 minutes of being active everyday.
  • all adults need at least 30 minutes of moderate activity 5 days a week.
  • being active gives you more energy, helps you relax and it's fun too.
  • children who are active reduce their risk of ill health as an adult.

*We are performing in a Hip-hopathon on Friday. Don't forget to sponsor us please!!!

Here is a good website we looked at during IT time all about electricity. Always be careful with electricity, it is very
dangerous!! click on the button below
