Waltzing Matilda

This week we have been learning about Australia. We learned the song waltzing matlida which is about a travelling man who gets in trouble for stealing a jumpbuck!

The song has lots of Australian words in it like these:
Swagman : Travelling man
Matilda : Blanket
Jumpbuck : An animal that is a bit like a deer
Billabong : Lake
Tucker : Food
